Ohad’s rapid career growth, built on a personable approach centered on relationships, was learned as a child growing up in a family of iconic Israeli restauranteurs. Ohad called on this heritage and his human-to-human business approach when launching his luxury hummus brand, Hummus Joonam, in New York City in 2013.
